Movies with "Where they are now" endings

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for movies where what happens to each character after the movie's over is described at the end, sort of in a "where are they now?" fashion. I'm not necessarily looking for movies based on real events and the real person's life is described afterwards, but fiction characters whose stories extend beyond the end of the movie.

What immediately comes to mind is The Sandlot, where each kid's life is narrated at the end in a voiceover by the main character. I always thought it was a bit creepy when it was implied that one of the kids got into heavy drugs and disappeared in the later 1960s. (Pretty heavy stuff for a children's movie!)

Thanks!

Band of Brothers is my personal fave.

Stand by me (heartbreaking future for one of the boys)

I think American Graffiti has one (or was it the sequel?)

Wonderland, though that's one of the true-story ones.
