Freddy vs. Jason was a dream pairing of sorts, and while I enjoyed the movie, no sequel could ever recreate the excitement of seeing them face off for the first time. So, while I'd love to see a sequel, I'm content with just one movie.

Love FvJ. The FvJvAsh comic book mini-series was great.

A shame the actual movie never got off the ground.

Jason Goes to Hell does have a very awesome last scene. While I don't think the movie is complete balls (the gore helps), am I alone in thinking it has one of the worst musical scores ever in a mainstream film?

I actually didn't notice the music so much, but I was just rolling my eyes at the end, when Jason was "beating up" the main good guy. He didn't twist his head off or impale him on something, he just kept throwing him around like Mr T. did to "suckas" on the A-Team. It sure was pretty obvious that
Spoiler:
the main good guy was gonna live

Otherwise, it was actually pretty enjoyable, but not my favorite Jason movie...

And the worst part is... the music was done by Harry Manfredini, the man who did the music for the first six F13 movies.

Every slasher film is like that. The killer spends the entire film slicing and dicing without hesitation, then decides to turn into a slow-footed, clumsy boxer at the climax.
