Oh, I'm sorry, my mistake, I'm sure its just a coincidence that a thread that hasn't had a post in it in 2 years about a movie staring Joseph Gordon-Levitt just happened to have posts in it the same week people are posting like crazy about Joseph-Gorgon Levitt in the Inception thread. The random resurgence of the Lookout thread clearly has nothing to do with Inception, how silly of me to assume it did

The bump and the following posts were made by people that had already seen the film. All I said was that no one here claimed to have sought out The Lookout after seeing Inception. No need for the sarcasm.

I actually caught this in its theatrical run. Very well made movie that showcases what a great actor JGL would become.

One of the things I love about this forum is that many (most?) of us here were on the JGL bandwagon before he even had a bandwagon to jump on.

I disagree about the become part. He was incredible in 2004's Mysterious Skin. That, along with The Lookout and Brick, assured that I'd see any film he's in.

Since we're listing good films JGL has been in, it was 'Manic' in 2001 that first revealed(to me at least) the kid from 'Third Rock' was much more than a sitcom actor. JGL gives a great performance and that film is one of the best movies of its type. You should check it out.

And hell, I even give JGL props for transforming himself so drastically to play Cobra Commander. It's just a shame the movie around him wasn't better. I liked it as popcorny fun, but that was about it.

Maybe not sought it out, but watched it again because of Inception. JGL got on my radar in Brick.

Kind of unrelated but since this is JGL based, I saw this at Deadline Hollywood and loved the pic they chose for JGL.
