Let's Go To Prison...any word?

Maybe I liked it because I like most of the people involved (Odenkirk, Lennnon, Garant, Jann). I thought the script was good. Definitely different than any other prison movie I've seen with a good deal of very dry humor that takes a level of sophistication to appreciate. The "Will Ferrell" crowd will not have a good time with this one.

One of the worst movies of the year so far. I absolutely love Will Arnet, but he couldn't even save this pile of trash. I laughed maybe once the entire movie and I usually enjoy movies like this. :/ Its my only film so far that I would rate 0/10. It could have been good also which is really disappointing.

I watched this earlier this week. Not a bad flick...it definitely had some good laughs IMO. The only thing that felt a bit off was the ending, I didn't really care for that ending.

Don't judge a book by its cover . . . or a film by its trailer.

And judging from most reviews, the trailer attracted exactly the wrong type of audience to this film. Not the first time that's happened and certainly won't be the last.

Yeah I bought this blind for no other reason than my love for Odenkirk. I'm a huge "Arrested Development" fan too so Arnett was a plus but it's not as if I usually buy movies based on the actors involved. It's not a great movie but it's far from the cinematic abortion that people make it out to be. I'd give it a C+ or maybe even a B-.

It was pretty funny, not great but not as terrible as some made it out to be.
I also didn't find it homophobic in the least. To equate homophobia and fear of rape is ludicrous.

But extremely convenient for a drama queen.

It would probably have to be a better/more interesting film to truly be as terrible as it has been made out to be.
More brain waste from hollywood yay.
