Is a war games sequel in the works?

people are actually putting up money for this?
if they wanted to do a real war games sequel they should have made the sum of all fears a lot better and more like Tom Clancy originally wrote it

Overall it sounds pretty lame and it probably shouldn't be made, which probably means it'll be a huge blockbuster

It's direct-to-DVD, so chances are it will be pretty lousy. This is part of a string of Sony direct-to-DVD titles that will be coming in 2007. So think "Road House 2" and "Cutting Edge 2" (released in 2006 by Sony)
