After reading the article it looks more like a continuation of City of Men. I just finished watching the series and even though I thought it was great it felt like they had more to say.
BTW, does anyone know if Palace II (Golden Gate) is available on DVD w/ English subs? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I ended up translating and re-encoding Palace 2 myself from the Dutch R2. lol. I'm not a bootlegger, so I can't sell it. I was actually trying to buy the license for a while until they stopped calling me back. Oh well ;(
