does he have a clause in his contracts saying he cant die? or does he get killed off in a few movies that i havnet seen. maybe im just way off but it just seems like he always survives.

I'm assuming it depends on the contents of what's been written in the script, whether or not, his character is demised in the film.

So is it safe to assume that he survives at the end of Edison Force? Will Morgan Freeman survive?

You know there's this thing called a script that actors get to read before they sign on for a part, right? Well maybe before Mr. LL signs on the dotted line, he intentionally chooses roles where he doesn't die. Or maybe it's a crapshoot.

I had heard he had a clause in his contract for
Spoiler:
Deep Blue Sea
to ensure that he didn't die.

You know, I was cool with all his escapes in the film except for the last one.
Spoiler:
After the last shark gobbled up the doc so quickly, you'ld assume it would have don the same with LL. Heck, even the other sharks killed most of the other cast members in less time than it took for LL to think of using his cross to stab out the sharks eye.
That aside, I still enjoy the film as a guilty pleasure.

Spoiler:
Laurie Strode kill his character and not Myers at the end of Halloween H20?
I am pretty sure that is the case.

Oops. You are right, even though I have been thinking he died for years. You kill him off in your mind, and he comes right back. LL is just Hard to Kill.
