Help! What movie is this cap from?
It was released in 2003, but that's the only clue I got from my friend who's trying to stump me.

UPDATE more clues (and let's stay to the topic please):
1) Not Groundhog Day or Ferris Bueler, remember, it's
2) released in 2003
3) Takes place in a Casino city, Vegas or Atlantic City, not sure
4) Filmed in 2.35 to 1 ratio
UPDATED and ANSWER
Thanks for those who tried to help...at least he just gave me the answer.

Not sure what movie it is -- that looks like Arabic on the beer can next to the alarm clock, and it looks like the condom wrappers are not one of your standard American brands -- if that helps at all. Good luck!

Not sure if it makes a difference, but if you look at the image large size, the hand is reaching for something else on the table (perhaps a ring or something) with either the letters IKO or IXO in view.
Gotta feeling that may be a bigger help in determining the source of the film than the clock.

My guess is that Jordan's right.
The counter the $100 is sitting on looks a lot like a bank counter seen in other photos on IMDB. Add to that that the film was partly shot in Atlantic City with a 2.35:1 AR makes it sound like a winner.
