Somehow I knew he'd have a scar across his eye before I even clicked the link.

Quiz time:

Name a creative Bond villian.

Must *NOT* include:

A) A lair of some kind.

B) Facial Scars.

Quiz is due by the end of class.

In the novel Le Chiffre is a middle-aged, sweaty, fat guy with black hair. So much for accuracy dispshits.

I think the first time we saw Blofeld in You Only Live Twice, it was creepy and original to see that eye-scar, from then on it was just beaten to death on almost every villain ever. Wasn't there one in Brosnan's film? So once again there's a villain with the eye-scar, either made by a colored pencil or a bad paper cip accident.

I see this film is just travelling the same stale road. They fired the wrong guy. The same decrepits in charge of Brosnan's films are still here, producers, director, writers - the ones that need to get shitcanned.

I'm more concerned with the acting performance than the physical resemblence to the novel counterpart. Blofeld wasn't a bald dude with a cat in the books, but Donald Pleasance and Telly Savalas(and John Hollis for about 4 minutes in For Your Eyes Only) were fine in the role. Diana Rigg didn't look like the novel version of Tracy, but she was perfect as Mrs. James Bond.

Wow, way to over-react there bub. You've seen a poor-quality photo of the bad guy.

I thought it was a new crossover between James Bond and ST:TNG and he was battling with Data.

I'd say that this new villian doesn't really look all that scary....

then i remember the Lexus guy in "Tommorrow Never Dies" and that dude in "Die another Day" weren't very scary either.

Now Grace Jones.....she was scary.

"I have a whole bag of 'shhh' with your name on it."

Although it would be priceless if this villian held the world ransom for 1 Million dollars.
