I need help with a name of a Japanese movie I recently saw. I believe the movie was made in the 1960's. I caught the middle of this very bizarre movie. It had to two with some kind of chapters in a book I guess becuase in this movie it would go would show a scene, then at the bottom it would read chapter number 13, Book of Death. Then after another seen was done it would show chapter 14, chapter 15, etc. It was in black and white and in color. Also some scenes would have a picture in picture or have japanese texts scrolling on the bottom in a different frame. Also a lot of the scenes had to do with Japanese writing on people. One particular seen had a very big japanese man covered from head to toe in japanese writing then for no reason slits an old mans neck. Any help with the name of this weird movie would be appreciated.

I'm not sure it's it but the man covered in writing sounds like Kaidan http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0058279/ It's been awhile since I've seen it though so I can't confirm the rest of it.
