It's in post-production according to IMDB. The latest hollywood molestation of a brilliant asian film. This one stars Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock as the leads and main love interests. I'll reserve further comments on it, but open the floor for discussion.

I've been meaning to watch the original for sometime, hear it's wonderful.

But then, I heard ...ing was wonderful. And that was, quite simply.. ...ing wrong.

Il Mare is just flat out fantastic, period.

I pretty much fear the remakes of this one and My Sassy Girl. I wish we could have the originals released here, that way mainstream America can get to know the absolutely perfect Jeon Ji Hyun!



I bet they are already in the planning stages of doing a remake of Daisy!

ah, yes ..... let's recast this with two people known for their subtle and introspective acting talent.
