On top of that, it had excellent DVD sales. I can see why they'd so quickly make a sequel. Hell, I'd do the same, despite the shittiness of the film itself.

As log as its Saw meets Cube....and not Saw meets Cube 2, I still think it might turn out to be enjoyable.

Am I the only one who thinks this looks cool? I thought the first one was entertaining, and this one seems to continue in the same vein. It's just so liberating to see a new horror film that's not a remake or a crappy slasher shot on dv.

I fell asleep 4 times watching the original (at the theater no less), so, yes, I will go on record as saying that the sequel WILL BE "teh suck", and that, NO, I am not that bored that I will reward Hollywood with my cash for this crap (MAYBE on cable....MAYBE).

Lions Gate is simply going to serve up more of the same.

What does a sequel have to do with being a remake?
More Trailer fun: http://lionsgate.arcostream.net/lion...aw2_2a_700.wmv
I'm not too enthused after watching the short clip and the trailer, however i loved the first one and will probably check this out sooner or later.

Ah, I'll check it out.
I am not quick to judge anymore. Though I think it will just be ok at best. I'll just go with a group for a good time.
From the clips I have seen, it looks like we have another winner in the acting department. The first one got to the point of annoying. You just can't have that bad of acting in a serious moment. It hurts it.
Anyways, I have liked several sequels better than the original.
Aliens, Friday the 13th 2, The Empire Stikes Back, There are others.
Other comparisons? I prefer Disney's Cinderella by far over Snow White (Which I never could stand). These seem to be compared against each other often.
King of Queens is a spinoff of Everyone Loves Raymond (I despised the paranoid schitzo Raymond character). I prefer the KOQ.

It's gonna suck. I just caught the trailer and was amazed at just how bad this looks. I'm gonna pass on this one. the first one was interesting and held my attention. A follow-up done right would be worth checking out but, if any of the actors and situations in the trailer are in the movie, it's gonna really, really suck.
