SKY HIGH looks Awesome !

Saw a preview of it when i saw Fantastic Four

Effects look great, looks like a fun superhero spoof family movie

and Kelly Preston, still yum, 20 years after her crowning glory in Mischief

Great to see Kurt Russell back too

Don't forget Bruce Campbell as Coach Boomer. This definitely looks like a lot of fun even if it might lean toward the sappy side.

I've been sayin' this since day one. But a buncha dvdtalkers, in typical dvdtalker we hate everything fashion , shot it down based on the trailer.

Lynda Carter is playing the retired Superhero Principal of "Sky High".

They wanted to do an homage to her Wonder Woman role by giving her Gold Bracelets but Warner/DC said no.

What? I thought the trailer looked like lots of fun. At the very least something me and my daughter can go see (had to get a sitter for Batman Begins and WotW too scary for my 7-year old.)

Well, maybe not you. But some of the other dvdtalkers. it looks like fun family flick. And since I'm into Superheroes that's cool too...oh and Lynda "wonder milf" Carter.

Well I wasn't against it, either. Heck, the first time I heard about was when that interview with Bruce Campbell was linked here. The trailer only made me want to see it more. And now that I know Lynda Carter is in it.... I have to see this!

Bruce Campbell?
Kevin Heffernan?
Dave Foley?
Phil LaMarr?
Kevin McDonald?

All five of those in a film together?!?! I'm THERE.

The poster looked hideous but when I saw the trailer on the big screen, I was sold.

The only thing that puzzled me when I saw the movie trailer is that the alien makeup on Kevin McDonald looked to be the same as the anal probing alien in the old Kids in the Hall sketches especially this being a family movie.

It looks good, perhaps a bit too cutesy. It is a "family" movie after all.
I, for one, am still waiting for a sequel to the brilliant Mystery Men.

If you had it your way, those bracelets is all she'd be wearing.
