"You have failed me for the last time, admiral!"
The scene where Gandalf drew Saruman from the King Theoden in Two Towers. Can't quite remember the dialogue. Something along the lines of "you did not kill me, you will not kill him." Never been big on LOTR, but that scene kicked ass.

Equilibrium - Bale and the lobby shootout near the end...throws down 2 clips, guards look at it like "WTF?" Bale gunkata threw them, reload thru sleeves, reload with the clips he threw down at first, and finishing with the machine gun flip behind the back.

The opening sequence from "Goldeneye"
And the entire beginning (and subsequent flashbacks continuing the scene) in American History X... wow. It's not something that you're like "Wow that's cool," it's more like "Wow... I hope I don't run into that guy in a dark alley."

Even though it was played to death in the trailers/tv ads when Blade catches his shades in the first Blade is a badass moment.

I'm just using the lines to remains spoiler free
1. Unforgiven "All right now, I'm comin' out. Any man I see out there, I'm gonna shoot him. Any sumbitch takes a shot at me, I'm not only gonna kill him, but I'm gonna kill his wife. All his friends. Burn his damn house down."
2. Raging Bull "He ain't pretty no more"
3. Empire Strikes Back "I know"
A couple of personal faves
Ninja Scroll "So it's true, they hired you for only 20 pieces of gold"
The Hustler "You know, I got a hunch, fat man. I got a hunch that it's me from here on in."

Actually for me the "badass" part of that scence was him shooting the guy one last time as he's walking away with his bag. That's the part that made me yell out "DAAAAY-UM!!!"

Equilibrium : when he "flatlines"... "No, not without incident."
Blade : the opening scene where he impales a thing up some guys neck to the ceiling, slams the shotgun butt in traci lords vag and then swings it up to shot her head off.
also at the hospital when the cops shot at him, he reaction was great fun.

I still remember the crowd cheering during T2 when Arnold is riding the motorcycle while firing a shotgun, then cocks the shotgun one hand by flipping it around in his hand. Awesome.
Also in T2 - Sarah Connor doing just about anything.

Another Eastwood line:

FRANK DIGIORIO: That's one thing about our Harry, doesn't play any favorites. Harry hates everybody: limeys, micks, hebes, fat dagos, ni99ers, honkies, chinks, you name it.
CHICO: How does he feel about Mexicans?
DIGIORGIO: Ask him!
HARRY: Especially spics.

"Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?"
Not to mention the entire colosseum scene showing the re-enactment of the battle between Rome and Carthage.

For total badass moments my favorite is probably Takeshi Kitano in Hana-Bi (Fireworks in the US). If you've seen the movie you cannot forget the scene with the chopsticks.
