John Wayne in True Grit (1969).

"Fill your hand, you Son of a Bitch!"

Nearly every scene with Richard Dix in The Arizonan (1935), including the long fist fight in the bar and the final walk into the smoke to take on the villains.

The Usual Suspects

"He comes home to his wife raped and his children screaming. The Hungarians knew Soze was tough. Not to be trifled with. So they let him know they meant business."

"They tell Soze they want his territory -all his business. Soze looks over the faces of his family... Then he showed these men of will what will really was."

The scene and delivery were both incredible...

This is kind of a badass moment as it put Michael Myers over really good:

: "I met him, fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left. No reason, no conscience, no understanding; even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong. I met this six-year-old child, with this blind, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes... the DEVIL'S eyes! I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up for I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... EVIL! "

also

"By the time I complete this circle you will be dead."

"A mans got to now his limitation."

"Sully, you know how I said I'd kill you last? I lied."

Mongo knocking out a horse with one mighty punch.

Violent Marv snaps on the handcuffs.

Bruce Lee in a martial arts contest on the island. He's so damn fast the he can hit the other guy before the other guy gets set.

Makes me wonder if anyone will ever get my sense of humor.

I WAS JUST FUCKING WITH YOU!!!

Although...it is kind of rewarding to know that I can use my words to keep people on their toes and make them wonder where I'm really coming from. The mark of a good writer? Hmmmm, perhaps.......

......nah, I'm just a dick.

Yes, another Eastwood scene (there are so many) that was waaayy overplayed at the time but if you take away all the hype, it is still a pretty badass scene...

"Go ahead...Make my day."

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned.

The Wolf

The Wolf: Jimmie, lead the way. Boys, get to work.

Vincent: A please would be nice.

The Wolf: What?

Vincent: I said a please would be nice.

The Wolf: Get it straight, gentlemen: I'm not here to say please, I'm here to tell you what to do. And if self-preservation is an instinct that you possess, you'd better do it and do it quick. If my help's not appreciated, lots of luck, gentlemen.

Jules: No, Mr. Wolf, it ain't like that...

Vincent: I don't mean any disrespect, I just don't like people barking orders at me.

The Wolf: If I'm curt with you, it's because time is a factor here. I think fast, I talk fast, and I need you guys to act fast if you want to get out of this. So, pretty please, with sugar on top, clean the fucking car.

During Kill Bill V2 when Uma Thurman is fighting Darryl Hannah, Uma has a great line..

"Bitch, you don't have a future."

Actually, plenty of badass moments throughout both volumes, but I like that one alot.

Evil Dead trilogy has some of the best pseudo-badass moments. I say that to mean, he tries to be badass, but it comes off funny in the context of the movie.

Army of Darkness has some of the best though.

"Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the gun."
"First you wanna kill me, now you wanna kiss me. Blow."
"Come get some."
"Yo, she-bitch! Let's go!"

Pretty much all of the gun fight scenes in The Boondock Saints
The scene in Predator when all of the guys basically mow down the forest with gunfire
The hatchet scene in the Patriot
Don't think anyone has mentioned the final scene in Scarface

In The Outlaw Josey Wales when Josey (Clint Eastwood) is slowly handing his pistols, reversed, over to some bounty hunters but then quickly flips the guns around completely and shoots the men instead.

A great badass moment!

1st thing I thought of when I saw this thread:

Vincent Hanna: You know, we are sitting here, you and I, like a couple of regular fellas. You do what you do, and I do what I gotta do. And now that we've been face to face, if I'm there and I gotta put you away, I won't like it. But I tell you, if it's between you and some poor bastard whose wife you're gonna turn into a widow, brother, you are going down.

Neil McCauley: There is a flip side to that coin. What if you do got me boxed in and I gotta put you down? Cause no matter what, you will not get in my way. We've been face to face, yeah. But I will not hesitate. Not for a second.

The ending of the Godfather where Kate leaved Michael thinking he had nothing to do with Carlo's death and then, Clemenza and two others come into the room. As Kate is watching, they kiss his hand and call him "Don" Corleone and the door is slowly closed with kate looking on. It just does'nt get any better than that.

Well, except for that one punch that misses Carlo by a mile(yet still makes a sound effect).

Nice one!

Growing up, my Dad and I often talked about this scene. It was like this story all the time "after I got back from Vietnam, I went to see this in the theaters seven times ... there was this scene ... ". It's as though it was an actual war story. And I FINALLY got to watch it a year or two ago. Very badass.
