The scene in Ladybugs with Rodney Dangerfield where his fiance's boy fantasizes about the boss's young daughter. They actually had her running in a bikini.

I would have to go with Annakin and Amidala's romantic picnic scene by the waterfall on Naboo in Attack of the Clones, where they start discussing "politics" and the nature of dictatorships.
There's just so many things wrong with this. First of all, political discussions generally aren't romantic. Secondly, for two of the most politically powerful/influential people in the universe, their discussion of politics has about the depth of a 3rd grade social studies class. Thirdly, they must have shot about 50 takes of that scene, with Lucas always saying "No, no---that sounded too natural---I want it stiff, oddly formal and akward---do it again!!!" The average porno movie has more convincing portrayals of genuine, deep, romantic affection. Then you throw on Williams over-the-top love theme----man, the whole thing together works on about the same level as a scene from Airplane!.
BTW, I liked Phantom Menace, and am not really a Lucas basher---but this scene, jeez.....

As soon as I saw this thread, I thought of Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler, and animal crackers in Armageddon. And that is the most cringeworthy scene in a very cringeworthy movie. Blech.

I guess I am not understanding what cringeworthy is. Is this a shocking scene in the sense of gore violence or sexuality or it is something so bad that you have to cringe at it.
For the latter:
The Zed bicycle kick in MiB II
