If you're really so unsurprised about how pathetic we are then why post the thread to begin with? Would you really want drooling dvd-addicts like us to agree with you?

I said, just agree or not but don't criticze. You guys are all so predictable. I apoligize for using a teaser thread title, I didn't mean to, really. I just noticed all the films I'm excited about were three years apart so I wanted to see if anybody else agreed with me, and no, nobody here can be normal with the way they go about things. I guess when you own 1000+ dvds, you've sort of established a habit of caring about every little thing you're able to. Just pathetic. I'm very unsurprised.
Well, that's the thing about the Internet. You can say anything you want, no matter how crazy it is, but then in return everyone else can say anything they want. And if people don't agree with you, they're pretty much going to let you know it. Very rarely have I seen a thread that was just filled with people posting "Yes" and "No". Predictable? Maybe, but no more predictable than the OP coming back to whine when no one agrees with his post.

Hey, what did I say when I blasted your thread. DON'T CRITISIZE MY THREADCRAP. And look what you go and do. Just pathetic.

I agree. The Great films do come every three years. Strangely though, my years are different than yours:

1997: Jackie Brown, The Saint, Boogie Nights

2000: Traffic, Wonder Boys, Pay it Forward

2003: The Real Cancun, Kill Bill Vol. 1, Mystic River, LOTR:ROTK

2006: Spider-Man 3, Def by Temptation 2, King Kong 2

Great theory!

Someone get some cheese for that whine, quick!

You post online, people disagree and don't do what you say.... Hmmm... could that be what happens when you use an internet forum? You should actually thank your lucky stars that you're on a board where people treat eachother half way decent. On others there'd be name calling and flames.

So you have a theory, you have a crappy thread title, and now you've got a whole lot of attention. Face it, that's what you really wanted to begin with. That's how you seek validation. If that weren't true you would just delete this thread altogether. But you won't, because you've got people waiting for you to post something else, and like any child psychologist will tell you, negative attention is still attention, right?

I dare you to delete this thread and make the pain go away!

P.S. Next time you want to add a PS to a message you don't have to post it twice!

Not showing up.

Your inclusion of BWP and Jackass renders your theory useless.

Oh please. Your holier than thou attitude isn't helping your cause. If you are so offended by "insignificant", "predictable" DVD Talk "retards", just do yourself and us a favour and go away.
Ranting on an internet discussion board is kind of pathetic too.

Especially when you are trying to defend such a stupid vauge thread title like this. Seriously folks, write out a descriptive thread title so we can see what the hell you are yapping about before wasting a click.
