The Big Lebowski, Rushmore (or any Wes Anderson movie), Office Space, silly comedies (Naked Gun, Airplane, Young Frankenstein, Spinal Tap), Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.

I never watch the TV shows, but I've often put on South Park, the Movie for the expressed purpose of cheering me up. Bright colors, silly songs, rude talking. Nothing makes me cheer up faster than watching two cartoon characters farting along to the melody of a song.
