I need help identifying a movie

I haven't seen this but this is what I know of it.

It's about a guy who is supposed to be a messiah type character who lives in the back yard of a house eating fritos and peanut butter and I guess there is one scene where they tie up some cops to a convier belt.

It's supposed to recent

Anyone have any clue?

Messiah eating Fritos? BIG TROUBLE.

Loved the movie. Just as quick and easy to watch as The Big Lebowski. Very overlooked and underated if you ask me.
