What? Someone other than me put up a CR poll? It's like I'm in bizzarro world.
First of all, your choices are too few. CR has made what 40+ movies and you've barely scratched the surface. To be fair, I'd like to split them up into different Rothrock 'Ages'.
You have the Golden Age of Rothrock which covers her early, incredible Hong Kong films.
Then theres the Bronze Age, a time when she was making hard hitting basic action movies overseas. This would include the Lady Dragon series,Angel Fury,No Retreat No Surrender 2 type of films.
You can't leave out the Dark Age of Cynthia. Her American movies like China Obrien, Rage and Honor, Honor and Glory, etc. Still enjoyable, but not her best work. Richard Norton seemed to be attached to her at the hip during this time. Oddly, I think more people have seen these films than any others.
Now you have the Silver Age. Which is what we're currently in. Redemption, Outside the Law, Sworn to Justice, etc. CR is making good action movies again even if they're less frequent.
So, now that we have that cleared up.
Golden Age =Tie: Above the Law and Yes,Madam
Bronze Age = Lady Dragon
Dark Age = Rage and Honor
Silver Age = Sworn to Justice

Forget about all that crap and check out Righting Wrongs, in which she pairs with Yuen Baio. Incredible fights!

Not too familiar with her US films, but some of her appearances in HK films are great. One of my favourites is the end fight scene in YES MADAM, with her and Michelle Yeoh.

My Favorite CR Pic
Above the Law/Righting Wrongs is a fantastic action movie. She has no less than 3 bigtime, standout fight scenes in it.
And what other action star has a video out that teaches you how to beat the crap out of people?
