RUMORMILL: The Green Hornet casting
On NewsAskew.com, they mention that Kevin Smith outbid everybody for a fire helmet signed by the cast of Jersey Girl. They also mention in the same article his eBay username, stinkytrinke.
A quick look on eBay can see everything that he's been buying. Very obviously him. Everything viewable is Green Hornet merchandise. Books, toys, etc. Except for two items. One is a magazine featuring an article about Kevin. The other..

Now, be warned, this is definite rumormongering. But Kevin DID buy a Jet Li movie, at the same time that he's buying scads of Green Hornet merchandise.

Could be. Romeo Must Die was better, though.
I just thought it was an extreme coincidence that a Jet Li DVD was bought at the same time he was buying all that Green Hornet merchandise.

I'd be completely content with Jet Li.
