Jersey Girl is one of his most underrated movies. The thing I hated about watching Evening Harder was that he kept dogging that movie. It was an awesome movie that came out with some poor timing (the whole love affair with the media over the Bennifer thing) and it is disappointing that Kevin Smith is allowing $$$$ to determine whether he's able to direct movies outside of using Jay and Silent Bob or not.

Pretty easy to understand, if you take my post at face value.
I'm trying to understand what the appeal is.

Don't try and defend him, he needs to be called out for this.

I think you should challenge him to a boxing match.

I'm so very proud of my thread--and for Bugg for making it newly entertaining again.

I don't get it, why was this 3 year old thread resurrected?

I don't get why people keep bumping it back up with pointless posts.

Humor falls into 2 categories: Either you get it or you don't. Usually, if you have to explain a joke, it's lost the funny.

I find most of Kevin's stuff funny. Most. (sorry calhoun, I hated JG) On the other hand I find most of Will Ferrell's stuff not funny. No matter what people say, I will still continue to find most of Will's stuff not funny. It's just the way it is. This is why I think it's futile to ask people why you should find someone funny.

You didn't know his movies were comedies? What did you think they were, docudramas about minimum wage employees and comic book artists yearning for something better?
