Funny how this movie's (original HK version) been playing in selected rooms of my house for the past... 2 years?

The print screened last summer was dubbed. Miramax got their asses handed to them by critics and audiences over this.

I believe the version opening this year is subtitled. But it still has KUNG-FU FIGHTING as an end credit song, so not everything was changed back to normal.

This looks like a dumbass movie...but with heart

I just saw the trailer and I have to admit it looks fun.

i saw the movie dubbed and i loved it. it adds to the cheesy factor. dont not see it just because its dubbed. its hilarious. really.

Well, the new trailer indicates the film is PG-13, so it's at least less cut than the previous version Miramax made. It could possibly even be uncut. The trailer also had a noted lack of dialogue, a technique often used for subtitled films. The previous trailers for the dubbed version offered a fair amount of dubbed dialogue.

So it's looking up for those wanting an uncut, subtitled version of this film in theatres.

It's a great movie. I haven't seen the dubbed, but the engrish subtitles are the best part.
