Marv's voice (as rain falls in stark B&W):
Every bone. Every one in my broken body said that they'd done it right.
As my one swollen lid shut out the light and the exhausted one agreed... I knew. This will be one of the coolest movies ever!

I just love those movie posters. They are taken directly from the comic books, and if the posters look like that it gives me very high hopes for the film itself.

I just read the first sin city trade and and I have a question.
Someone should post pics of the cast next to pics of the characters they're supposed to be playing.

Yes.
I always liked the first two the best because Miller's art style is much more baroque and weighty. Though, "A Dame to Kill for" has previews of the thin, aggresive line that would seem to replace the thick, thick blacks.

Sin City pics / preview - WOW
I know absolutely nothing about the Sin City books, but this looks absolutely incredible. The preview from which these pics were capped is out there:

The footage of Jessica Alba and the lasso is just about the hottest thing I've ever seen.

As someone who has read every Sin City story, I am very impressed to how true to the comics these images are - Marv with the bandaids, the single colors in a B&W world...
I am very looking forward to this...
