I was watching some of the special features on the X2 DVD tonight and in one of them, one of the writers (I think Chuck Austen) was discussing how he writes comic book screenplays and they showed a copy of a screenplay as he was talking and it very clearly showed Juggernaught listed on the page. Since he was, obviously, not in the first two movies, I thought, perhaps, it might be a sign that he'll be in X3. Anyone heard anything (either way) about this?

Haven't heard anything... but with Colossus rumored to have a bigger role, it would make a fun slugfest like in the cartoon

What about the Sentinels?????
What about Gambit????

What about Beast?

Hell, maybe they'll just bring in 2 new characters for every additional X-Men installment.

I'd love to see a Colossus and Juggernaught slugfest in the flicks. I thought that they would concentrate more on the Phoenix Saga w/ maybe some Sentinal action. The thing is, w/ all the great comic story arcs, they could make a hundred X-men movies and still have ideas left over.

Chuck Austen is the current writer of the UNCANNY X-MEN comic book, of which Juggernaut is a regular member of the team.

He was probably showing/referring to one of his comic book scripts.

Perhaps the producers might feel that the average person would think that Juggernaut is just a caucasian Hulk? Considering how Hulk fared and that Juggie would most likely be CGI, they may not want to use him.

I would love to see him though. While I'm not too up on current comic stories, I think he was best captured in the X-men: Children of the Atom arcade game.

They could always highlight Colossus in X3 by having him throw around some Sentinels (Hint Hint).

Wouldn't mind seeing Omega Red in X3, especially after seeing his name in Stryker's computer. He should probably remmember Wolverine.

Well since they already made it seem like Saber and wolvie never met before the first xmen, I'm sure they use Omega red, But I still wanna see gambit in a film.

I'm not so sure I'd like to see a full-fledged Juggernaut in X3. I would prefer to see Cain Marko before he finds the Cyttorrak gem in a cameo, and would instead like to see the Sentinels become the main villain from X3.

Dr. Hank McCoy (aka Beast) had a brief cameo in X2 - he was getting interviewed on a tv news program. But I'm sure you want a big, furry, kick-ass Beast, don't you?
