I cannot agree with you more, sir. A very powerful moment in this film that sent this surge of electricity through me when I first saw it. The way the music (hints at Into the West) booms in as Sam lifts his exhausted friend with the remaining strength he has and carries him to his destiny.

Not a quote, but also when Bilbo releases the ring (after 60 years of ownership) of his OWN FREE WILL.

It took some coaxing from Gandalf, but that scene always gives me chills. And how the ring lands with a THUD. I think even the ring can't believe it has been released.

So, if a quote, what follows:
