I've been sig-quoted.

A new day has dawned. The sun has made a note on my face.

With the whole "10,000 years ago" talk, the trailer really made it seem like the disaster stuff would be the begining of the film and the bulk of it would be the 10,000 years in the future.

Which could be very interesting, as there is a lot of potential in that premise for some provocative stories. But knowing the director's hack-like track record, it'll be some lame story - just like a father searching for his son...

This movie is supposed to be the sequel to "The Day After". So I assume it'll be more on the gloomy side.

Let me ask you guys, what do you think will ultimately do us in...a natural disaster, or mankind destroying ourselves?

I say manking will destroy themselves, and the mess that's leftover will trigger nature to finish killing off what's left.

The trailer looked good. I liked Armaggedon, and a few other disaster movies....this one looks like alot of fun. I'd love to see this in IMAX with full blown DTS
