The helicopter rescue scene from SUPERMAN. It's a perfect combination of action, direction, special effects, humor, and Williams's masterful score.
The opening credits to THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP, where the baby gets "tossed" up and down to the tune of "When I'm 64."
The final shoot-out in RESERVOIR DOGS, shortly before Penn's monologue.
The flight around the Manhattan ruins from A.I.
Paul Newman chewing out the judge in THE VERDICT. ("Your honor, with all due respect, if you're going to try my case, I'd wish you wouldn't lose it!)

The scene in Dirty Harry, when Scorpio sees Harry standing on top of that overpass waiting for the bus to drive under. The music really picks up at this moment, and Harry looks like a complete badass. You just know that one of them isn't going to survive this confrontation.
The duel between Harmonica and Frank in Once Upon A Time In The West.
The " Tiny Dancer " scene in Almost Famous.
Popeye Doyle running off into the darkness at the end of The French Connection.
The scene in A Bridge Too Far, where the German officer attempts to blow up the bridge that the British tanks are crossing, and fails.

OK I know I'll be revising and revising this later on, but five that come to mind:
The final scene at the ballroom, when Harry makes a list, from When Harry Met Sally
The final scene of An Affair to Remember, which was one of my earliest favorite scenes (long before Sleepless in Seattle came out and made it popular!)... (oh and yeah, I'm a sap
)
The whole long voice-over scenes (not just the final meeting) by Morgan Freeman's character at the end of The Shawshank Redemption
The final race in SeaBiscuit
The walk on the beach and watching the sunset in The Truth About Cats and Dogs... or the scene where the guy reads his list outside the bathroom door in the same movie...
The final big dance scene in Dirty Dancing... saw it in High School, loved it then, and it remains my favorite dance scene in a movie...
OK that's six, but hey, someone else went to ten... I may revise later...
