If it was a movie I hadn't heard of, by a director unknown to me, the trailer would not have made me want to see the movie.

Thanks for posting those. Y'know, the more trailers I see for Kill Bill the more I think I'm really going to enjoy it.

i think both parts are an hour and a half each.
Thanks. Why is the blood darker in the other trailers?

The movie looks SO much better now that its got some of Tarantino's dialog in it. The first time I saw the Teaser I couldn't believe we waited all these years for Kill Bill. I really didn't know what to make of it. I thought this is the kind of B-movie he refers to in his movies and drew parallels from, not the subject itself. Is he out of ideas? But this new trailer gives it that Tarantino flavor.
He's never really done a full blown action movie and plenty of other directors can do that. His real strength is drawing character, dialog, and story (something few writers/directors can do the way he can). So I'm hoping for some of that 'ole magic.
Anyways now I went from "I can wait" to "I can't wait". Thumbs up.

There are only 2 "dialogue" tracks on it, #5 and #15, and both of them last around 2 minutes. Great soundtrack overall.
And the trailers! Lawd have mercy, The trailers!!!
I absoultely loved "Bootleg" Trailer #2 on the cd!
And yes, there's a link available at the moment where you can DL both of them: http://jasse.net
(The trailer that I like is labled Trailer #1 on that site)
Hope you get to see them!

From Time:
"It's a movie about a woman who challenges five people to duels. That's pretty much it," says Thurman. Whereas Pulp Fiction has three plots, Kill Bill barely has one; Tarantino created no layered subplots, no pathos and no circus of pop references to ground his movie in reality.
"Overall, it's a rich, nuanced performance in a movie that has lots of visual candy but no other source of depth."

Where is the CD in question and is it actually for Kill Bill?
Also, what is the official release date for this movie? I have heard anywhere from October 3rd to October 24th.
Having read the Fangoria interview with QT, I can see his justification of splitting the movie into two pieces. Considering the type of movie it is, having it run at more than 3 hours would prove rather impractical IMO.
