Cannibal Holocause didn't have an oral sex decapitation, they cut it off regular style, not bit it off.

There was some movie from the late 80s or early 90s I saw once late one night on HBO where a woman attempted to strangle the protaganist with a rope while performing fellatio on him. The guy was tied to a chair and the rope ran from his neck, behind his back and between his legs into her hand.

I have no idea what the movie was, however. Some married guy meets a stripper and falls in love with her or something...

I know and did you note that all the movies that I listed where derived from "In the Realm of the Senses" because that castration scene is not oral sex decapitation either.

There was an anime title (not really hentai) that had a female vampire who liked to get her blood from that area, without killing the guy... Of course, she had to make sure that there was an adequate blood supply in the area, first!
