Undoubtedly ripped from Disc 2 of the 8/26 TTT DVD.
Unfinished sound, CGI and color correction.
That being said...wow. I can't wait for December 17. This is going to be beyond great.

As if that will stop it. 
If you can't wait a few weeks, it's worth your time to search for it. If you can wait, you'll have it in better quality with your DVD set and of course what I expect to be a much more impressive and polished-looking preview in September. Happy days. 
Edit: Jack, they're way ahead of you. Check out certain other Tolkien fansites communications, dig a little deeper.

not much of a change. slightly better quality. but for the amount of searching it took.. it wasn't worth it.
