For me it depends on the line at the box office. It amazes me sometimes when the box office line can be crazy long while not more than 10 feet away are 6 kiosks with zero line. I only use Fandango online for AMC tickets with my STUBS reward fee waiver or if I get one of those free Fandango codes.

Online for me. I could give two shits about those bs fees. Considering we have some nice theaters in L.A. it behooves one to not mess around and secure themselves a ticket with as little hassle as possible. My time is too valuable to fuck around with hoping something doesn't sell out when I get there.

For big releases on release weekends, I'll buy online. If it's not a big release and I'm not worried about crowds, I go to the window.

My theater doesn't have a kiosk. I can buy online, but I don't have a printer. So, I'm stuck with the ticket window. However, I usually go to the first showing on Wednesday mornings, so there aren't a lot of people there.
