I recently finished watching Queen Kong and was impressed by the offbeat humor of this movie. It reminded me quite a bit of Airplane, Top Secret, Naked Gun, and other movies of that nature. When describing the movie to friends, I tell them it does for monster movies what Airplane did for airplane movies. It made me wonder: Did the work Frank Agrama do on this movie influence the makers of Airplane at all?
