They should have kept him in charge of the first Resident Evil, he would have made it better than the garbage that was released, talk about a friggin let down.
As for this project, I would love to see it go through and like asianxcore mentioned, I also hope the story branches out from Day.
Hopefully they don't let John touch the camera on this one either.

Is this for real? If it is, it's still a ways away. He's doing Diamond Dead right now, which is pretty much a definite film.
Now, hopefully this thing gets made too. Everything I've heard about Dead 4 has been very bleak. But here's hoping!

So if anything the fourth Dead movie is a go. I know he's deciding between doing Diamond Dead or the fourth Dead film first, but both have their financing now and are set to go. That's for pretty damn sure now.

Just finished watching the Dawn of the Dead '78 (theatrical) commentary, which got me interested in finding info on Romero's next movie and I came across these links on the forums at IMDB. They are pictures of the set and the Dead Reckoning only, no zombies.

I'm soooo stoked to see this. I'm sure its going to be released with mixed fanfare (due to the overwhelming hype, its near impossible to have Romero live up to it) like Day was, but I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
