What is this and how to i see it?

Wow... now that was neat...

It seems you have to be in "High Bandwith" for it to access...

Top navigation bar.... far right hand side is a closed panel with a orange dot at the bottom.

Click it one time to slide it open. It will have the options for "Help" and "Low Bandwith". Directly to the right of "Low Bandwith" is a small grey box. Click it one time to "open" it.

Click on the now exposed green button...

You will see a new screen with "toggle" switches... now just enter your binary code...

Same basic principle for the hex panel...

I gotta say... that is one of the coolest uses of Flash that I have seen in a LONG time...

It does work. It won't blink when you fill it out, but just press enter anyways...
