I voted for Bull Durham, although I would have voted for Field Of Dreams if had been anamorphic. For the closest to the real thing, For Love Of The Game gets my vote.

The Natural - best sports movie period, IMHO.
I've got most of the dvd's listed so far, except Bad news bears and Little Big league (well, i did own it, until i saw it was in fact pan and scan). My girlfriend and I have period baseball movie marathons. We watch 3-5 at a time. its great.

I loved Eight Men Out and have heard good things about Beat the Drum Slowly. However I was torn between 3: Sandlot, The Natural, and Field of Dreams. I voted for The Natural.

Also forgot "The Babe" i personally enjoyed this movie i thought John Goodman was great as the babe, being released on dvd 7/1
But my vote goes to "Field Of Dreams" that scene at the end where he's playing catch with his dad always get's me...Great Movie...

I was going to mention Princess Nine, but someone beat me to it... What about The Rookie? I also have and enjoy all of the Major League discs EXCEPT for the first one (expensive barebones disc), and also Mr. Baseball.
