There are a ton of them on ebay for 19.99 and then I picked up mine for 15 shipped from my source. seems like it wont be that hard or expensive to get.

It's alright. Nothing special at all.
I think the poster's look is just to convey that it's not going to be super-neon-cartoonish-batman, in contrast to the last few films. Its purpose is to tell the audience "don't expect THAT".
I don't think that's enough, though. I agree that it needs more. It's Batman! Have him doing something! Ever see the pic of Batman bursting in through the roof? That would be a great teaser image. Just that pic and "2005".

Not that at all. it seems like her post are only around to counter the status quo post. Everyone else is excited about something, she's there to knock it down a notch just for the sake of knocking it down some.
