I saw it a couple days ago.Liked it alot.Anybody else seen it.

Agreed This is one of those films that doesn't get the attention it deserves,even though it won best picture.Wouldn't it be great if Criterion released this one restored and remastered with both cuts of the film and loaded with extras.

Great Film

excellent movie. one of my all time favorites. all it needed was more joan chen. i love her.

I watched this movie when I was too young (about 13) to fully understand it. May be if they show it on DISH, I will try to catch it.

Incredible movie, I like the longer version as well. Joan Chen is a mega-babe and the movie is expertly crafted in every respect.

When I saw it all those years ago I thought it would bore the stuffing out of my young mind, but I ended up loving it.

This film, unfortunately, hasn't received special edition DVD treatment yet.

Have you seen that godawful transfer on the disc. It's almost as bad as Scarface.This could make a great Criterion title.
