That explains it! (Ep II)

Lots of people were claiming that there was an innacurate part in Star Wars Episode II. When Boba Fett picks up his dad's helmet after he is dead, everyone said Jango's head should have fallen out. I know why it didn't!

When Mace Windu cuts off Jango Fett's head in the arena battle scene and the helmet goes flying, there is another shadow that seperates from the helmet's shadow when it is flying through the air. That would be Jango's head. I don't know if anyone noticed that before, but that explains a lot to me...

So your saying when Mace cut Jango's head off it fell off in mid air and landed away from the helmet. That could explain it.By the way this belongs in the Movie Talk forum.

Yes, it's a movie on DVD. However, you're discussing the movie, and not anything about the DVD... you could've had this same discussion while the movie was still in theaters. The Main Forum is for discussion of the DVDs themselves... specs, release dates, etc.

i dont think people were complaining that it was inacurate .... rather it would have been much kooler to see his head fall out of the helmet

however had the head ploped out i dont thing they would have gotten the PG rating .... it a little grafic .... might have pushed it to pg-13 or R depending on how it was done

but my firstthought in the theater when i saw it was about the head not sliding out of the helmet

Funny, I never really considered what had happened to his head. I guess I just assumed that the light saber had fused his head to the helmet and thats why nothing fell out. Go figure.

Yeah, I noticed this the other day, if you slow motion it, you can actually SEE the shadow of the head come OUT of the helmet, and go off screen.
