American Wedding (a.k.a American Pie 3)
I didn't see this posted yet. (Sorry if it was). It seems that American Pie 3 will be entitled American Wedding (so apparently someone is getting married). But the bad news is...
Only Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Eugene Levy, Sean William Scott, Eddie Kaye Thomas, & Thomas Ian Nicholas are the only returning actors. That means no Chris Kline or Mena Suvari (so they're not getting married, huh?)

Well I can definitely live without Chris Kline.
No Shannon Elizabeth??? I guess they have kind of run her whole character arc into the ground...
I'd like to see it be Nadia and the Shermanator getting married, but I'm sure it will be Jim and Michelle.
Aren't wedding comedies done enough? I'm tired of the whole genre.

Main reason why I like the name change.. it goes away from it a bit.

Not calling it American Pie 3 is a smart move IMO. The American Pie movies consisted all the old school characters. This one won't. Giving it a different title enables it to move away from being an official "American Pie" movie and makes it more of a spin-off from the series than another sequel.
Most important, focusing on Jason Biggs and Alysson Hannigan really makes the point that the series is their story. Moreso for Biggs' character as Alysson was barely in the first one, but she still plays an important role overall.

of course finch is back, his tv show doesn't look like it's gonna be around much longer.
as for no tara reid.. GOOD. I guess I just dislike her that much.
