I made a 2 disc SLIM alpha case for both versions of the film... it came out pretty darn nice. I will see if I still have it at home tonight and if so, find a place to post it for you to download.

I'm looking for some feedback on an alternate E.T. cover I'm working on:
Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated.
I like it... I would get rid of the credit at the bottom for sure.

Looks like one I would definetly use to replace the crappy current case... keep up the good work!

Does anyone have plans on making a custom cover for Spider-man? Maybe one with the Green Goblin or a converted scan off of the Limited Edition?

I know its a bit early, but I figure I ask anyways.

Angel Pagan, I tried emailing you the covers. It looks like Enter the Dragon may have gone through, but Austin Powers 1 & 2 bounced. Let me know if you would like me to try again.

To NotEd:

I guess I dont have the Exorcist anymore... I sent it to Matt @ dvdcoverart.com and I guess I got rid of it. I will see if I have it on my backup CD and if I do I will post it to my friends website.

Hey, sorry I havent posted in a while, I have been working on those Batman covers but Exams hit me so I had to backburner the covers. I also have plans to make "Exorcist Thrillogy" matching covers. I just need to get those Batman covers done first! Also if anyone has suggestions as to what covers I should do next please give them to me. (Keep in mind that if you ask me to make covers for movies that I dont have it will probably be harder.)

Hope to have those covers up soon
Jason

I appreciate that, Rammsteinfan.

BTW, did you create just a cover or is there an insert as well? Just curious.

Jolikai, Marc & JoeyOhhh - Thanks for the attempted e-mails. My e-mail size is 10mb and I think I received all the scans that were sent to me. Some e-mails bounced back but someone managed to get through with the Austin Powers scans.

Dr. Zaius - that E.T. cover is awesome.

JsonTheGreat - looking forward to your Batman cover.

Darthvong - happy to hear that your site will be up soon. I could use your Beauty and the Beast slim double spine cover scan.

Thanks.

JJE-187, here's a preview of the Kiss of the Dragon cover with the original spine. Look okay? I've got the full version ready to e-mail to you if it's what you're looking for.

I found it! I have the 2 disc slim case cover for the Exorcist... it was backed up on my cd=rw from last month. I have uploaded it at the following location: http://www.geocities.com/steffietsang/exorcist2disc.zip

I had a insert for it but apparently it is gone, I cant find it. I just put the two track lists side by side w/ Regan in the background, it wasnt anything special... if DVDcoverart.com comes back it should be on there.

Snapper Scans with style?

I've been hard at work converting all the snappers in my collection (200, or so, of which are snappers) with about 90 completed so far. My practice is to match the spines so they look good in a row, on the shelf. I also always remove the ugly UPC seal and center the cover image for proper display on a keepcase. I try to stay away from stretching the spine image as much as possible. This requires a good deal of hand blending of the spines on some titles (see 'Kronos', 'Cat Women' and 'Spaceship to Venus').

Here's a small sample of the work (play/fun) highlighting the 'Image Entertainment' classic Si-Fi series in my collection.

I realize that it was just released yesterday, but has anyone scanned the "Sum of All Fears" cover yet?

I would also like to see a custom cover for Spider-Man. I prefer the cover art for the fullscreen edition but with the "Widescreen" logo on top.

pro-bassoonist:

Sure, I'd be happy to send you the cover. Did you want this version or my version with a new spine (sample below)? I wasn't the one working on a Nikita cover, though.

If someone has a few extra Amaray Single cases (not the AOL ones) and 1 or 2 Double Alphas I would be willing to trade for a few Color Laser Printouts of a few covers of your choice. Email me

I was looking around at work yesterday, just started as the network admin and notice there is a nice Color Laser printer sitting there all lonely...boy have I been putting that to work

BTW, Sebastian, I had no trouble resizing the spine on your Gladiator cover to fit the normal double Amaray case. Looks great!

Anyone have the Dinotopia cover? Either the original or mock up is fine.
