Hi. Does anyone have AskewedJunkie's FOTR Ultimate Edition handy? I'd like a copy of it. He posted it on the first page of Part IX, but the images are no longer there.

Thanks in advance!

MysteryMeat,

I say leave the back, but just put the DTS specs in the box for the second disc, and as a suggestion for a widescreen banner, maybe something along the lines of the blue color that the back sports.

Are there plastic sleeves for Digi-Pack type cases similar to the ones made for snapper cases?

E.T.

Anyone working on a cover for the 3-disc Ultimate Box Set version of E.T.? I would like to replace the cardboard digipak packaging with an Alpha triple. And since I keep all my soundtracks with my CD collection, I would especially like the back to leave off any info about the CD. I thought I'd find out before I waste any time on this myself.

Chris,

Is there something wrong with your site? I can't seem to gain access.

It seems the server is down for whatever reason. i contacted Tech Support. It'll be back up I'm sure.

Cover challenge: WTD - Muppets Take Manhattan, And Now The Screaming Starts....

Here's a challenge:

Looking for amaray covers scans for:
The Muppets Take Manhattan (my cereal freebie)
And Now The Screaming Starts
Rock And Roll High School
The Real Andy Kaufman

I am never ceased to be amazed by some of the covers I've seen in these threads. Pretty dang impressive....

Mysterymeat:

Looks great. 2 quick questions......ok...three.....

1) Any chance you can post a link to the hi-rez cover? I don't know if a file as big as this will be will get through our mail system. It will probably get stripped off the mail message.

2) Any chance you can rework it for a double wide case? I wouldn't mind if there was just more black space on the spine, but I would love a double wide option

3) Boy, am I going to use up a lot of black ink on this one.......

And for everyone else, the only other cover I have ever used was a replacement for Total Recall. I printed on regular paper and it did come out ok. Is there an option for glossy like legal paper to print these on????

Oooh, and does anyone have a good store or website for replacement cases (double or single wide 2-discers)? I looked at bags unlimited and the smallest pack they have on 2-disc single wides is a 5-pack for $12.95. I just need one or two......

MysteryMeat, you've got that cover looking great! One suggestion, how would it look if you made the white "The Extra-Terrestrial" lettering on the spine a bit smaller, blue, and italicized to match the front. Just a thought, aside from that it looks terrific, good work!

MysteryMeat, I'd like to second that call for a double-wide spine (and the blue itallisized 'Extra-Terrestrial' on the spine). That would make your cover useful to those of us who have the 3-disc box set version as well. Great work!

Actually...

There are only DTS demos on her page. The Dolby Digital demo is not on there.

I've been searching it out forever and STILL cannot find it. Anyone have it???

I can find sites selling blank single wide double amarays, but they either sell in huge packs or shipping on small quantity makes it almost $4 per......

Crazy.

Anyways, given that, does anyone have 2 blank single-wide double amarays they could send/trade me. I could send cash or find some sort of trade (like my TiVO Window Cling :-) ).

I will post in the Exchange forum if no one seems to post ideas here.

Hey, sorry guys for not posting for awhile. last week was exam week so i was kind of a basketcase.

Anyway, i have been working on Batman covers. I have works in progress posted up on my site. I am of course going to put stuff on the backs. Once I am done with the batman covers I am going to begin work on an Amadeus Ultimate Edition and then move on to Legend of Zu/Zu Warriors and then maybe the hannibal lecter movies or the hellraiser movies, havent really decided.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Jason

PS: Darthvong, I am totally cool with you replacing that cover with the new one
