Official Replacement DVD Cover & Case Thread - Part XI

Any cover that is under 150dpi is not really fit for quality printing. So please use you own discretion before printing out any cover!

Feel free to post cover requests and links to other covers in this thread.

BizRodian:

I like you also love the French cover....there are a few places where you could get the original french cover....try cdcovers.cc look under the french version.....

By the way...have you seen the Kiss of the Dragon (digipack-2cd's plus the DVD package) cover....not the one with Jet Li's face but the one with the tat on his arm all in black......you could see it at cinestore.com....

The French are truly masters of DVD art.....we dont have to argue about it......amazing(look at BRAVEHEART-2DVD SET, THE LAST SEDUCTION, SLEEPERS, AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN PARIS).....great, great French work.....al of these are on the same site....cinestore.com

Let me know if you could get any of these.....

Well, the french one at cdcovers.cc I don't like, it's the one I have now. The German one, however, is one I do like

So thank you.

I'll have to look at Cinestore.com sometime to look at the other ones.

If anyone has just a SCAN to the back of Le Femme Nikita (MGM release) I'd like that, as I want to make a custom cover with a kick ass poster I just found...

Anybody made any progress on a Grease cover using the artwork of John and Olivia on the car?

Shelf-waster idea #4: Anybody thought of making individual (yet coordinated) covers for all the John Waters movies?

I'm still looking for Custom covers for these

The Haunting (Original B&W Version)
The Thing From Another World (Howard Hawkes)

-A SINGLE COVER FOR ALL OF THESE WOULD BE GREAT-
Earth Vs. The Spider (Original AIP Version)
Teenage Caveman (Original AIP Version)
How To Make A Monster (Original AIP Version)
The Day The World Ended (Original AIP Version)
She-Creature (Original AIP Version)

Actually I don't see how copying a movie that you own is "piracy" No money traded hands in the copying of the films, I simply sent a blank DVD-R for eaach movie I wanted and paid the shipping costs. Piracy is stealing copyrighted material, and I didn't do that. I copied them from a "pay" channel i.e. a channel that I pay money for so I actually bought the movie, so save your piracy rant for the real bootleggers out there.

P.S. do a search through these threads and you will see that people have been asking for covers for real pirate movies (Star Wars & Indiana Jones) not available on legit R1 DVDs long before me.

PLEASE KEEP THESE THREADS FOR COVER REQUEST ONLY.
IF THE MODS DON"T WANT US REQUESTING COVERS FOR "THOSE" TYPES OF FILMS I'M SURE THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW

I bought Saturday Night Fever from Costco and it came in a standard keepcase. I could scan it for you if you're interested...or were you looking for a custom?

Just an update, I've posted all of Disc-Flippers Friday the 13th's on my site for downloading...The Pt. 3 3-D cover is amazing IMO.

I'm still working on the 5 Star Edition Template, but without the correct font for the logo it's not going to look as good as it should. So if anyone can track this down for me that would be great.....

There's some new covers coming soon that I have to say are the best work I have ever done. Those should be up around Halloween.

Thanks to those of you that have joined my forum. I hope that more of you will join to post pics and requests. There are some good things being posted there....

Also Ryan says that the software for the site should work and be up and running shortly (hopefully). Once that happens everyone will be able to contribute covers...

I'm also working on some matching SCREAM customs....Someone requested this on another board and I have a few ideas that should be good if I can implement them.

BTW Jason,
Did you want me to replace the old Nightmare Enclyclopedia with your newer version???? If so email me and let me know....

Been in search of a few coverscans for a while now with no luck.

Does any one happen to have any of these?

An American Werewolf In London (US R1 version, all English language)
Vanilla Sky (US R1 version, all English language)
Slackers (US R1 version, all English language)
Changing Lanes (US R1 version, all English language)
American Psycho - unrated (US R1 version, all English language)

I've got all of these but have either an inferior R2 cover or bilingual English/French canadian covers which look awful on the shelf.

Thanks In Advance.
