Thanks Cool Kitten, this is real...definitely real. The funny thing is that "trixie" was sitting at her PC and I was just a few feet away with my ThinkPad and wireless LAN card. I posted the proposal here and then I Instant Messenger'ed her with the link telling her "get a load of this guy!!" Definitely caught her by surprise.

As for strange...hmm, yeah... but then again as you can see our story up to this point has been pretty (wonderfully) strange... so why not?
