I just received my shipping confirmation for my Amazon UK order, so I'll be able to test my player next week probably. Somehow or another, though, I think I managed to place a big order from there with only one region-locked disc, Rolling Thunder.

Hmm, Since I'm in now looking for a BD recorder, maybe I'll check out Panasonic models then... See if the 'code' works with them.

I updated post #23 with the other titles that people said they were able to play and also started a separate list for ones that wouldn't.

My Italian BD of La sconosciuta (The Unknown Woman) plays using the workaround. PAL extras predictably won't display though.

Cannot get this to work with the Region B locked UK release of Garden State (Studio Canal). Have tried every number imaginable and no dice. 
There goes $30 and the ability to watch my favorite movie on Blu! Sad day.

tried with Region B 'Candy' but no go. However, I never got a message saying that the disc was not compatible with the player. I put in the disc, the screen went black and the counter showed zero, then HDMI, then play and nothing.
I tried the combination but no luck. I plan on getting some other Region B locked titles since I have the Insignia player that can be unlocked so hopefully have some success there.

How did you get Rolling Thunder to play? I need to do some more playing around with it, but the big problem seems to be that it doesn't go to the wrong region screen. It goes to a screen where it tells me to hit Play as if the disc is ready, but it won't play. When I try the trick, it takes me to the main menu, which leads me back to the "hit Play" screen I described. Do you get that same screen or a different one?

The Masters of Cinema Touch of Evil worked on my BD210 in case anyone was interested in picking that one up. Also got their Rock Hunter disc which worked as mentioned previously.
