Got an e-mail stating Pointclick no longer accepts International users and that my account will be terminated at end of August. Told to use the balance in my account or lose it.
Anyone else get this e-mail ?
Ok, so have $300 in my account and decide to get some memory modules from Mushkin. Go to complete the reimbursement form on Pointclick and they have already updated this screen to not accept International addresses. Have e-mailed Pointclick but heard nothing. Been 4 days now since placing order. Pointclick's new 5 day time limit to apply for reimbursements is about to screw me over big time
Anyone manage to get a reimbursement request in lately ?

No, Stopped using PointClick a long time ago - when they stopped giving cash-out's to members....
Its a real dirty trick though they pulled on ya mate - I'd keep fighting to get that reimbursement though!
Be sure to let us know if/when they respond what they plan to do!
