US Market BD Player That Can Play R0 PAL SD?
Is there any BD player made for the US market that can play R0 PAL SD materials on region-free BD discs?

The Memorex MVBD2510, MVBD2511, and Oppo BDP-83 will do the conversion (50Hz to 60Hz/PAL to NTSC/ATSC). If your TV supports 50Hz natively, I believe the Pioneer BDP-51FD will output an SD PAL signal via its "Source Direct" mode, but you should definitely check this first (I know it supports 50Hz for HD, but I'm not sure about SD).
