That was really fast Lol!!. Your DVDs where Region 1 or 2 by the way, since R1 dvds are shipped from the US which kind of explain why you got them so fast.....

amazon.co.uk prices are NOT any better in regards to this title when you factor in shipping..CD-WOW doesnt charge shipping
ive never had issues with shipping form Cd-WOW..my only concern was the price for this particular title

Exploited will be a whopping 37 bucks!

@ Stockie

They were Region 2 and they were shipped from Hong Kong, according to the bubble envelope they came in.

I bought Faust from them for $9.99 a while back. I would personally recommend waiting. I've never paid more than $16 for a MOC from CDWOW and I have a bunch of them. Sometimes Amazon.co.uk will have a sale on them but CDWOW has generally been the best place to get them. Looks like the good times are gone though. I've never seen them this expensive.

What in the world happened to the "Bargain Basement"? I thought more titles were going to be added, but instead it appears that the entire section has been totally neutered.

Now to CDWOW - I ordered a bunch of Yoko Ono CDs in the beginning of November and they were dispatched 2 weeks ago and I am STILL WAITING> The service is absolutely disgusting.

Not to mention the Jeff Buckley CD I ordered in May - it wasn't delivered and there was no replacement OR refund. WHAT IS GOING ON CD-WOW?

What did they say when you contacted them regarding your CD in May? The only time I didn't receive something, they shipped it again and I had it in a few days.

Also, where are you located? I always receive my orders within a week, which is more than I can say for many other online retailers.

The only issue I had with CD-Wow (wrong version received) was eventually resolved, so I have no complaints about their service.

I've found lots of BFI titles and the Vigo set ($60!), but the BFI titles don't come up if you just search for "BFI"

They just did for me. Good catch on finding more BFI, you just have to search specifically by title; The Rivette's are finally back.

edit: I found some Second Run titles too!!

Thanks for adding that!

Not to threadcrap, but I'm still surprised how expensive some things are. Can you tell us if there are plans for future sales, or the increase in prices is just a necessary consequence of the new ownership?

Anyway, glad to see the increased catalog!

You can find all teh BFI titles currently in stock listed here;

Sorry no collector's corner set up yet, but our poor little IT team has so much catching up to do that it's difficult to get all the nice things we ask for!

Stay tuned!
