Could you recommend big dvd box sets that are not available in USA? Please list dvd sets that have at least 10 discs. If you could keep the focus more on complete series/collection set, that would be good. It helps to avoid buying chopped versions of dvd sets (especially that is happening more and more in USA e.g. Seinfeld is already a completed series and can be released in one complete set just like Friends, Mash, West Wing).

That 24-disc Poirot collection goes on and off sale all the time at hmv.co.uk; they don't take off VAT but it was going for under 60 pounds a few weeks ago, but for one day only...

Dangermouse - 25th Anniversary box (complete series). The price on this has unfortunately gone way up (on Amazon.co.uk) - I paid about $50 USD about 2 months ago.
