Anybody else here having problems with Koreandvds.com? Over the last couple of years, I have ordered literally hundreds of movies from them, which have all arrived fairly promptly. (I'm in South Africa.) However, two separate orders I placed in October last year have still not arrived. Since early January, I have been trying to email them, without any success -- all my messages are returned as undeliverable. I have also posted to their forum without getting any response. There are a number of messages from other people on the forum who seem to have the same problem, and there is no reply to their postings either.

Anybody able to shed light on what's going on?

never had a problem, but I think the person running that site had come here for awhile to chat with us and answer questions - maybe someone has their direct email address?

I only recently placed my first order in December and had no problems. They contacted me the day after Christmas about an O/S title, I requested a substitution which they did and they credited back me the difference to my card and shipped out the same day. Very nice and straightforward.

Aaack, still waiting to receive my last order placed two weeks ago. I guess I spoke too soon. Anyone else have heard from them recently? Neither email addresses responding

Received a message this morning. Looks like they were trying to locate a hard to find item they listed as in stock but actually was o/s. They've shipped the remainder of the order now. So, even though my emails came back as undeliverable, they seem to have been received.

I ordered U-571 last week and I received an email saying it shipped the next day. I'll post back when I receive it.

I'm still out of luck. Have sent numerous emails to both addresses. Looks like I just have to write off those last two orders. This is so weird. I'd love to order from them again, but obviously I'm not prepared to take any chances now -- not until I at least know that they respond to my emails and my orders!

I had an order ship over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't showed up. It use to take a week tops from them. With all the negative talk going on. I'm wondering if they really even shipped it.

I haven't received my package yet either. It should have arrived by now, based on my previous experience, anyway.

I ordered 3 titles a week and a half ago.

Just got shipping notification for all 3 today.

I ordered 5 DVD's Feb. 22nd. They shipped March 2nd and I received them March 22nd.

Still no sign of my dvds. I'm gonna email them when I get a chance. Oh well, its my own fault because there were warnings on this site and I ignored them.

Emails keep getting an error return. Well shit. Looks like we are all gonna get screwed. I'm gonna call my credit card company in the morning.

I saw koreandvds at gmail.com somewhere as an alternative e-mail adress - maybe that'll help?

Just got an order from them last week with the usual three week shipping time. Haven't really had any problems with them.

I guess that's the new schedule then. My previous/first order took less than a week and that was during Christmas season.

I haven't received a response back to credit back my credit card instead of a store credit for an o/s yet item either.

Got home today and found my package in the mail box. According to the postage, it was mailed 3/29...not 3/21 as indicated by the last email I received. So, basically, they didn't ship when they said they did. Actual shipping time less than a week.

Got mine today also. I feel better. However, with no customer service. I may not order from them again. After looking at the date on the box it says that it was shipped on the 31st of March not on the 16th as they originally stated in the email they sent me. Strange.

Got all 3 today. A little over 2 weeks after shipping notice. Other than the bouncing emails, seems to have been a good transaction.

Did Koreandvds.com go out-of-business?

Apparently, I haven't been able to access their site in months. I've been using DVDHeaven for Korean releases. I liked KoreanDVDs because they also carried some HK discs. Most of my other region purchases have been CDWOW lately due to their prices and reliability.
